We will test the lighting and set up all the stalls, trucks, and carts. We recommend and suggest you come around 3pm latest by 5pm so we have enough time in light to set up and later once darkness falls, we play with the light.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I see the venue ahead of time?

Absolutely! The venue is open to the public until 4pm.
 

When do I setup and at what times?

Setup starts Friday 19 May from 12pm on

Saturday 20 May, all vendors ready to rock-and-roll by 3:30pm
 

What does TEDxUbud provide and what do I bring?

1) TEDxUbud will provide one to two tables (1,70m x 60m) per vendor, if needed

2) TEDxUbud will provide a basic stall with klangsah roof (1,5m x 70cm)—organic and traditional style—for The Elephant, Coffeenatics, Happy Kombucha, Balipop, and Utama Spice

3) Each vendor is responsible for the look and decoration of its own stall—feel free to bring plants, flowers, props, stools, blackboards for menus, etc. 

4) TEDxUbud has a seating/break area for staff at the back of the venue

**please remember TED's regulations: no standing banners, no flyers, and no plastic is allowed
 

Do I get electricity?

Yes, one bulb per vendor plus one powerpoint. Feel free to bring additional extension cables, lamp shades, or any other form of electricity appliances.

Do I have access to a refrigerator?

Do I have access to running water?

There are 3 points of access around the Food Court (lawn area).
 

How many staff can I bring?

Maximum 5 staff per Food Sponsor.
 

Do they have to wear staff badges?

Yes, at all time! They will be distributed on Friday, 19 May.
 

Can I bring additional friends? Will tickets be available at the door?

The event is completely sold out. Only people registered will be allowed in. Thanks for understanding.
 

Do I have to bring food for my staff?

Yes, please. Staff is welcome to refill their own water bottles from water stations.
