When to set up?
Friday, 11 October by 5pm (latest)
This is the day where we set up all the tables, trucks, and carts. And most importantly, test the lighting.
We require all sponsors to come before 3pm. This will allow to have enough time in the light to set up. Also important to make sure that once it is dark, everything works.
Car and motorbike parking will be available on site ONLY on Friday, 11 October. The day of the event, 12 October, we will require EVERYONE to park down the road at the venue's additional parking space.

IMPORTANT:
For Ubud residents, please note Jl Pasung Gregis (the turnoff on the Goa Gajah road to the museum) is CLOSED on the 12th for a big ceremony. Access to Setia Darma is possible only via Kemenuh road. Google Maps should show alternate routes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I see the venue ahead of time?
Absolutely! Setia Darma House of Masks and Puppets is open to the public every day until 4pm.
When do I set up and at what times?
Setup happens Friday 11 October from 12pm to 5pm.
Saturday 12 October, all vendors ready to rock-and-roll by 2pm.
Where can I park?
Car and motorbike parking will be available on site ONLY on Friday, 11 October.
The day of the event, you can park on site until 1:30pm. After which we will require EVERYONE to park down the road at the venue's additional parking space. It’s walking distance.
To load and unload, cars can come in through the back entrance to make it easy.
After the event, cars can come back to the venue to load and pack up from 9:45pm until 11pm. Not before, thank you.
What does TEDxUbud provide and what do I bring?
1) TEDxUbud will provide one to two tables (1,80m x 60m, w/ white skirts) per sponsor, if needed
2) Each sponsor is responsible for the look and decoration of their own area—feel free to bring plants, flowers, props, stools, blackboards for menus, etc.
**Please remember TED's strict regulations: YES to business cards, NO to standing banners, NO to flyers/brochures, and NO to single-use plastic. A chance to be creative.
3) TEDxUbud has a seating/break area for staff at the back of the venue
4) TEDxUbud will provide ambience lighting
Do I get electricity?
Due to our location, electricity is limited. TEDxUbud will provide one powerpoint. Feel free to bring additional extension cables, lamp shades, or any other form of electricity appliances.
Do I have access to a refrigerator?

Do I have access to running water?
There are 2 points of access around the Food Court (lawn area). Please contact Melati for further assistance.
How many staff can I bring? And can they have two shifts?
Maximum 3 staff per Food Sponsor. EVERYONE is required to wear a staff badge at all times.
Yes, you can have staff rotate between two shifts.
Do they have to wear staff badges?
Yes, at all times! They will be distributed on Friday, 11 October.
Can I bring additional friends? Will tickets be available at the door?
Only people registered with a ticket to their name will be allowed in. No ticket sales on the day.
Do I have to bring food for my staff?
Yes, please. Staff is welcome to refill their own water bottles from water stations.
